If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us and we will make it right.

Returns

All our frames are custom-made to order and can't be returned. 

Exchanged

Custom products are not eligible for refund, but we will remake it to your satisfaction.

When we receive the item we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your exchange.

If your exchange is approved, we will contact you and work on a replacement and ship it to you at no cost.
